Worst website ever for online scheudling. Mazda and Ram both. Was going to give them another chance for service but after this, need to look for another Ram Service.
I will never be coming back here. I came to get my car serviced before my drive to Idaho and it was a nightmare. No one answers their phones, they don’t update you on progress, and they costed me $2,300 at another shop. I came to get my car serviced here for rotors, oil, alignment, and a balance. Little did I know they didn’t balance my tires correctly and when installing my new rotors they didn’t think to tell me my FR caliper was seizing (found out on the highway). Update: I was asked to take my review down. Wondering how many other bad reviews were taken down.......(And I did finally get a price and they're almost twice as much as other dealerships) 😯 Called to see how much an oil change was the girl took my information including my year make and model my name put me on hold forever comes back said someone's not in service and then asked to get the same exact information that I just gave her. Until recently, this was my preferred service for my vehicles. Recently they've had some "policy" changes that have made doing business with them frustrating. First, customer service isn't their priority anymore, it's about how they can save money. Came in for warranty work and recall. They told me due to new policy changes; I can't get a loaner vehicle from them until after the evaluation that afternoon was done. My appointment was for 8:45am and I was there at 8:30am.
