Imagine my surprise after only 3 months of full set of tires purchase, picking up a nail and going to Trail Tire in Lethbridge Alberta and being charged for repair. I was very specific when purchasing tires that the warranty cover in Lethbridge as moving to Alberta that month. I was told by the lady in customer service no problem- coverage at any Trail Tire! Now I’m really stoked about being lied to just to get a sale!! Stay away from here and don’t expect honest answer.
Best service and best people in Penticton! Don't go anywhere else.... seriously. They were kind, knowledgeable and professional. They get the job done right.
I dropped my SUV off for a wheel alignment after replacing everything in my front suspension except the struts and stabilizer bushings. My shocks had a sqeak in it and then they noticed my bushings hadn't been replaced yet. So he parked my SUV and didn't tell anyone. He left for lunch and took the afternoon off. Leaving me S.O.L We came back and noticed it parked so we went in, and that is when they dug out the paperwork and then informed me of all this. It took a little over an hour to install four new tires on my car. After a bit of breakfast nearby, we were able to get on our way. David was very helpful; taking the time to answer my questions. I chose the best of four options for me within a price range I could afford. I am very pleased with Larsens' Trail Tire.
