Our mini-split was not working. The problem was diagnosed as a bad compressor after 15 minutes of checking gauges. A voltage meter was apparently never used because a second HVAC whom we had called for a second opinion discovered that the compressor was not plugged in. Simple problem; simple fix. We have requested a refund of our payment to Larsen.
