Unit went out and it was 90 in the house. Seeing as Walmart is out of ALL ac units I imagined it would take forever to get someone over but Gary came right away and problem fixed in a matter of minutes. Very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. Definitely have his number copied in my phone for any future problems. Recommend 10/10
