Brian installed a new AC and furnace in my home last year. Everything was wonderful. I had two things happen (a panel wiggled loose and system froze up) he came out both times and fixed everything same day no questions asked. Also had him install separate unit in our detached garage and it was great and seamless as well. Highly recommend!
My air conditioner went out over a month ago. Originally I had another company come in, but they messed it up worse. I called Brian, and he immediately went to work for me. While I waited for the new part to come in and be installed, he even offered to lend me a window unit for my bedroom, so I could sleep comfortably at night. I highly recommend Larsen’s, and I come from a family that has been in the HVAC business for over 60 years in Michigan.
Had Brian come out to assess an issue that was supposedly fixed by one of the big HVAC companies servicing HHI. He returned calls, worked us in quickly, and resolved the issue. Price was 1/3 that of my “former” HVAC company. Nice to work with an owner who cares!
We deeply regret using this company.
