I called to ask about loading for my so called appointment and The woman who answered the phone who she says she sets the appointments was so moody from the time she picked up the phone she had an attitude and had an aggressive tone.I asked her to relax it's barely 8am which mad her even more mad.I understand that things happen but she needs to be more professional to be someone who works in customer service.I would give her a 0 if I could.I believe her name is Bonnie.
