Would recommended ANY other ET center after doing business at multiple after receiving awful treatment from Kris over a misunderstanding of their change to annual billing for their embryo policy (which I still do not understand because instead of explaining, she treated me like a POS and would not call me). Truly appalling after my interactions with their other staff who were very nice when I had a donor housed there.
