I want to say thank you to Chris for answering his phone at midnight on the 4th of July. He drove all the way to ottawa to come and snake my pipes. And came back again on Monday. And then sent one of the young men working for him. And did it again. And he showed up on Wednesday put a camra down there he was very quick and even came down after hours. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Chris and his team! My clients had an issue with their sewer line, and when I called Chris he responded immediately. He was able to get to home quickly to diagnose the problem which indicated a total line replacement. His bid was very reasonable and work was completed in a timely manner. He even made time on a holiday to finish the job. Chris was very professional and communication was excellent!

We’ve called Larsen & Sons Plumbing three times now — not because they didn’t fix it the first time, but because life (and kids) keep throwing surprises at us. Most recently, they came out to tackle a clogged kitchen drain that was so stubborn, it could’ve qualified as a minor geological formation.
