Cozy and beautiful apartments. Rented twice from here and had to move out because we needed more space as the family grew unexpectedly. Manager N.S at the time he was not nice to deal with When moving out there was a different manager and she was incredibly nice I forgot her name. There is a few good things when living at Larsen Meadows too. Every place has there good and bad things. Super cozy apartments.
Good day, I live in broadstreet from 2020 and i don’t remember any bad experience in here, now I live in Larsen meadow, its very peaceful here every time i have a problem in the suite they send somebody to fix, Lisa is like a pro its seems like she knows everything she is very helpful,friendly and treasure in a company she did an awesome job in fixing my dryer. Thank you larsen meadow, i want to refer this place to my friends..
DON'T RENT HERE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Been lived in here more than couple years. It used to be a comfort building until late 2023. It was a nightmare dealing with broadstreet properties. 1.Terrible parking lot management: They grant existing tenant's parking lot to new tenant without any notification. It happened almost every month last year with multiple tenants involved at the same time. Broadstreet properties is very good rental property we live in wallace pointe before then we move in larsen meadow now and we live here since 2020 and we don’t have any problem, if you need anything to be fix in your unit just one call away and they will send somebody to fix it. Employees are easy to deal with. The sorroundings are clean and good thing they have playground kids don’t need to go somewhere to play. If you are looking for place to live I recommended broadstreet property.
