They used to be great. Until they messed up their contract. Everything reflected as in network. They gave us estimates on that. We paid every dime. And now we are being billed for more. Horrible customer service!
Shady! Dishonest! Lack of customer service! Shall I go on? They were good until they didn’t tell our insurance company they were Out of network. They gave us estimates as In network, we confirmed them as in network and now they want more money since they billed as out of network. They don’t return phone calls. Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer service was poor!
My daughter has severe mental illness and had neglected her teeth due to depression. She had sedation dentistry done in Salt Lake to clean her teeth and fix her cavities. One filling needed to be filed down so we came to see Dr. Richardson. He and his assistant were so kind and patient! They listened to my daughter and explained everything they were doing so she was comfortable. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes and my daughter participated and left happy.
