Seen Dr. Larson as a referral from another ENT for an infection and swelling in neck/back of throat. On multiple occasions prescribed steroids and antibiotics. Situation did not improve. and continues after months to be a health concern. His nurse scheduled at one point surgery, then cancelled without discussing why. No contact since the multiple visits. Appears Dr. Larsen changed his opinion regarding my health care. Seeking another professional ENT for care. Do not feel comfortable continuing with Dr. Larsen.
Good luck. My doc sent referral over and they never called back. I called and left message. Nothing. Eventually after a month they called, while I was away from phone and left message. I called back 5 minutes later and they dont answer the phone. That was last week. If you call it goes to voicemail after 4 or 5 minutes. I doubt they ever answer the phone.
Had a great experience in a not so exciting situation. Dr Larsen was patient, thorough and I haven’t had any issues since my procedure with him! It’s been amazing!!
