I've been going to Larsen's for the past couple of years for maintenance (oil, smog, small issues) and they've usually been pretty great and attentive as a local auto repair shop. I would have recommended them to anyone. But this last trip was a bit chaotic. During the month of June to July, they seemed to be pretty slammed with customers. Larsen Automotive is outstanding. Nick and Staff have always provided excellent service. I have an older model car with 198k miles. But, after the annual checkup and needed repairs the performance of that old car provides assurance that it will not breakdown on the road. A lot of mileage that comes with a peace of mind.
Excellent service, great responsiveness to questions and provide timely text updates. Especially appreciate the thorough diagnostic and assessment, providing photos of problem areas before doing repairs.
