We've been using Larsen for all of our vehicles' maintenance and repairs since they opened. They have a great staff who are reliable, do excellent work, and are price competitive. Also, the owner, Nick, is very conservative about recommending repairs. They're a great neighborhood asset.
Excellent service, true transparency and timely communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Larsen as the first point of contact, avoid your dealership regardless of how new your car is. Consistently the best. Thorough recommend. Reasonable pricing, great communication. Top tier communication, actually. I've taken my Honda Pilot in multiple times with a "does this sound bad?" question -- only to have them look at it, tell me it's ok, and then send me on my way... without charging me. They're my go-to spot for both my cars.
Very straightforward and quick service. Gave me candid answers about my car and found low risk ways to save me money on parts that I needed as part of my repairs. Appreciate these guys and the good work they do!
I really appreciated the awesome service at Larsen Automotive. I came in to get my tire patched up after noticing the low pressure, and Don took care of it promptly. I only had to wait 30 minutes to get my tire fixed. I could tell the employees are a great group of people that work well as a team together. I plan to come back for future services.
