I had a great experience taking my car here after an unfortunate event. Tracie took the time to help me out a bunch whenever I had questions. They did a thorough inspection with things recommended but never pushed to sell. Very honest & kind people. Thank you Larsen Automotive! (& Tracie)
Called twice and only reached voicemail which instructed me to leave my phone number and they would call back. They never called back. Can’t say I could trust them.
Too bad there is not a "zero rating"! While driving up 17N, I pulled into this mechanic shop after realizing I had a tire issue. The reception was not very welcoming upon entering (and I was the only customer in there). I asked for help with the tire and the lack of response from Pete and his wife was weird at first but I thought maybe they couldn't hear me over the loud barking one-eyed dog behind the counter.
