Austen really came through for us. Our son needed a hand putting on a new starter and we live several hours away. He didn't have to take the call since it was after hours on a Saturday at that but he did and sent a mechanic to give our son a hand and he was fixed up in no time. Thank you so much for excellent service!
I was traveling back to Montana, when I began to have an emissions issue with my diesel pickup. I managed to get it all the way from Cincinnati to Chicago in limp mode, calling every mechanic possible. Austen picked up and stated he would be able to fix the issue for me. After visiting for a bit, Austen was even willing to use his Sunday to work on my pickup and got us back on the road with the problem fixed in no time. Great guy and family, I would recommend Larsen Auto & Diesel to anyone!
