Took my Audi A5 to Lars for issues with rough idling and the car randomly shutting off at stops. Scheduling was easy, and both John and Lars were great to work with. They were honest and transparent throughout the process, and I really appreciated that they only recommend and replace what’s actually needed — a big difference compared to many dealerships and shops. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here.
