Was in town helping my sister move. Got a nail in my trailer tire. Wanted a spare wheel/tire combo and new tire to replace damaged tire. In and out faster then some drive throughs. As a business owner I was impressed.

I needed a tire replaced on my car, walked into the office the lady at the desk acted like I was annoying her, she looked at me says yeah in a rude voice didn't say hi can I help you like she should have greeted a customer. She couldn't get ahold of anybody but told me it would be a half hour, ain't no way I'm giving them my money! Lady at the front desk is very rude, I will never go there again!

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to other tire shops or business owners. I was originally told my order would be ready Friday. Friday became Monday, Monday became Wednesday, and the order still was not handled as promised. As a business owner, I understand that companies get busy and delays happen. What I don't accept is repeatedly giving a customer dates you cannot meet instead of simply being honest about the situation. Terrible service !!!! The guys were good. Did everything right. It was the lady in the office. Her communication was terrible, we called twice and kept getting put on hold twice!! For 30 minutes!! We waited 3 hours for one tire to be fixed. They didn’t even call us when it was done. Good price, but do better !!!
