Brought in my 2003 Nissan Maxima recently for a replacement of my alternator. Alfred called back to give me a very fair estimate for the repair (I should know, I have had 4 previous alternators). He also spotted a misfiring of one of the cylinders and replaced the spark plugs. He also gave me sound advice on what might next need to be repaired if I wanted to keep my car for a few more years!
