Replaced the corroded heating element in the water heater located down in the dirt basement which was hard to crawl down in there. I had a million questions and he gave me advice on everything that I asked. He knew about codes for apartments and the ages of the homes on my street and how codes apply to older houses. He also gave me information to help me decide whether to get a 2nd clean out plug or to replace the cast iron drain pipe.
