My parents had their furnace replaced a couple years ago by Larry. He was phenomenal back then and today he did not disappoint either. Last night the furnace would not kick in. So we turned it off, ran heaters over night, and used our oven as it is midwinter. Called Larry the next morning at 8 am. He answered, and was here within an hour to assess what was wrong. Larry googled up our sink, fridge and dishwasher and moved some ducting for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and was so fun to be around!
Larry was great! Professional, easy to work with and the rates were quite reasonable. He did a great job for me and I would highly recommend him.
At first we would've left a 4-5 star review for Larry. As of recently he has dropped down to 1 star (it would be 0 stars if we could do that). We tried to contact him months ago to help install a sink but he didn't answer and after numerous messages/texts he still did not answer. Before this we had him fix our faucet on the side of the house which involved doing work on the inside of our house in our tenants space. He did the work and everything was fine (or so we thought).
