Awesome service. Quick key cut!
Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband has called there twice for 2 seperate issues and both times the gentleman was extremely rude. Both times were for questions he had about if they do a specific service and the guy was very rude and made it seem like he was bothering the guy and the question was something so far fetched for them to do. We will never call them back or ever do any business with them. We will absolutely be going else where even if the price is more expensive.
We had the unfortunate mistake of being locked out of our house, and our kids with my wife and I waiting in the car. Every locksmith we called left at 5. I called a quarter after, and Larry answered the phone, and came over. Extremely nice, and unparalleled service. He made sure I tried the keys into the lock before he left, to make sure everything was working. Talk about being accountable for your work. This guy is on a whole other level. Great guy; great service.

2012: This locksmith fixed the ignition lock on our Honda for about 1/10th of the cost of having the locks replace by the dealer. They have 2 certified auto locksmiths on staff. Awesome service. 2014 : The ignition on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee wouldn't turn. Larry's Lock came out and fixed it for WAY less than a dealer - great sevice and FAST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
