My nephew got a CPAP from this company and they did not take care of him. His apnea events per hour were anywhere from 10-17, should be 5 or below. He called them repeatedly asking to send a report to his provider for adjustment and the answer he was told was for him to call his provider himself to get a new order. His usage was 6-8 hours a night so he was compliant and they were getting paid. He felt crappy but they wouldn’t help. He spoke with his provider and changed companies for his CPAP.
