Teach your employees to greet customers, for one. We just paid $35 to be stared at awkwardly by two employees who cannot speak or greet customers. If this is the level of service, or lack there of, that Larry's offers then we will definitely not be back. You don't even get your money's worth. Sloppy subs for $15+ -- this place has definitely dropped in quality.
My family and I tried Larry’s Subs for the first time today. Food was mid. The atmosphere was nice though and service was good I had a chicken Philly my husband had a salad. Philly was good with sauce on the table. Salad was 0/10. Probably won’t be back but it was a nice experience.
What used to be a awesome chain filled with great childhood memories has suffered the ravages of time, increased competition, and the price hikes seen everywhere. Unfortunately, it's seems to have affected Larry's more. I paid around $12.50 for a medium buffalo chicken sub. That'a not on the lower side for a medium sub and puts it in competition with jersey mikes and premiuim publix subs. Although the subs are delicious, during lunchtime the wait is way too long. One almost spend all lunch break waiting for the sub. I wish they would do something about the wait. I stopped being a client once I waited 25 min for a sandwich, after placing the order
