Called a week ago to make an appointment to have plugs and wires changed. They worked us in and asked that we give them a call the day before to confirm. I called to confirm, he said just bring it in after 8am. Husband brought it in between 8-9am and they told him to come back after lunch since they didn't get the confirmation call. (I did call!)
