Had a general question about carpet repairs after having some water damage in my basement and contacted this local business to support the community and for proximity to my home; the person on the phone basically blew me off after he told me that carpet repair services are back up 7 months. He wouldn't even help me with figuring out what it would roughly cost to do such repairs and then suggested that I go to Lowe's or Menard's for help. Tell you what, they'll never get my business in the future.

We recently had several rooms upgraded. Carpeting and LVP. Andy was very helpful in choosing the correct products for our home. He never made us feel rushed, our questions were always answered truthfully. His workers were very respectful of our home. Thanks again. A great experience overall.
