Rescued my bikes a few times
Got new tires put on my bike there recently. I called 2 weeks prior and was told it would be $30 per tire, so I booked the appointment. Went to pick up my bike, and they charged me $70 per tire, so that was annoying because I confirmed it earlier. Got my bike home and decided to check the chain just in case. Noticed they lost one of my valve stem covers, one of my set screws on my chain adjuster was completely loose, and the main cotter pin on my rear axle bolt was missing as well.
