I have never had a problem at Larry's....
I used Larry's for my bike this year, and and spend 3,400 dollars on my Sportster and it came home with a different Carburetor, and other missing parts, labor that I was charged for that never happen, and even charged for parts that never made it to my bike. Larry did call me, but, I never heard anything after that. Still out my good carburetor (that I will have to replace) and out a few hundred dollars for all the bad work and mess up parts due to just plain bad work...
