We got in a pretty serious accident. Because they don't have a frame shop, they had to send our vehicle somewhere else. After 5 long months, we finally got it back. To make things right, Larry waived our deductible, vacuumed and washed our vehicle, and said to call if there were any issues at all. Now, I would hope that we never need to wait 5 months again, but the way they worked with us makes me want to go there every single time we get in an accident. Not too soon, I hope. Lol
Very disappointed 😢 I was told an estimate on getting my Camaro door fixed. I agreed to the price. They said it’s gonna take a few months before getting me in. I was fine with that. However, it’s been eight months and no word no update me and my husband decided to do it ourselves. You want to support local businesses but not like that!
