Very unprofessional and exhausting. These workers are unable to communicate with their customers without being rude to their customers. As soon as we got there, they were already pissed for whatever reason and projecting their anger towards customers who are just there to pick up their cars. Definitely a place everyone should avoid. Will not use Tip Top again.
