Small mom and pop joint. Seem honest, will definitely return. I don't recommend it if you need service in a hurry. Tend to get behind due to its size, not a high volume service center.
Honest and reliable. The only place I take my vehicles for engine work if I can't do it myself. My Mom used to go there as well. We're talking over 25 years of going there when needed.
Dishonest mechanic. I had my car towed here. I was told by Clifford that he'll get to it a certain day, then a week and a half later it's still not done. Never called to say it would take longer than expected. Poor communication skills. He said, you can see I'm busy like it was my fault he failed to call or complete the work. He admitted he's in the "business of making money," but he has cars just sitting in his lot untouched.
