I have worked very closely with dozens of contractors all across the Southwest and LYP is one of a very few that I have seen that places such an emphasis on character, quality and integrity in its leadership. That leadership shows in its projects and in its partnerships with its clients.

God awful. No one over seeing anything these unqualified, lazy workers are doing. Hit 4 water mains, no flaggers. Very unorganized. Very messy. And honestly, very low quality work.

Probably the least professional and aware team of construction workers I've encountered. They're currently redoing the roads in our neighborhood. They've hit the water main in the same place at least 4 times now, causing the entire subdivision to have no water, then requiring the need to boil water, and then a joyous hike in our water rates. They've also blocked my wife in our driveway when she should be heading to work because "they were working". Then they parked 3 large dump trucks in the neighbors yard without permission... read more
