This guy is a liar and is totally unreliable. I have a tenant-occupied property where we needed a list of repairs made. The tenant took a day off of work to provide access, and we scheduled (and confirmed) for Larry to meet her on that day. He didn't show up, and when I called the next day to follow up, he hung up on me, and now won't answer his phone or return calls. This is one of those guys who gives contractors a bad reputation.
