Larry was my son’s agent. He was patient and kind. He walked my son through all the steps, kept him updated and us (his parents) too. Larry has helped us buy and sell 4 houses in the past 2 1/2 years. He has consistently gone above and beyond, is very professional, offers insights and guidance that buyers AND sellers don’t always think of -even if they’re experienced with the whole process. He’s also trustworthy, which to me, is the most important thing. He is extremely knowledgeable, but in the case he needs to find an answer, he gets back with it quickly.
