Had a home built about 2, almost 3 years ago and still have yet to had any of the improvements under warranty done. Especially a huge crack in one of our windows, that is just getting worse and has so much moisture, it’s growing mold. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! They know this, but yet still has choose to not do a single thing about it! Here’s the deal! I was very excited to buy my new home in Wright city. Lynn Storey from hero Reality was Larry Terbrock construction company seller of the new homes. Lynn Storey kept telling me I would have to use her preferred lender and I was not able to use my lender I’ve already committed to. I brought up the check to start this build she denied me after we was already in contract, told me I was unable to get the home because I did not use her preferred lender. This is steering.
