MY OPINION: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!! Bought a brand new Rheem AC unit from them and had them install Feb 2014 bc they had the best price after shopping around. The owner, Luis, assured me he had a great technician to install it and we would have nothing to worry about. Had nothing short of 10+ service calls within the last year and 5 months for both heating and AC issues.
