We've dealt with them for over 10 years, great company with some of the best mechanics in the industry. I've witnessed them solve problems other companies couldn't or wouldn't. I won't call anyone else.
I spoke to a guy named Dennis in the parts department and he was extremely helpful and very kind. I needed parts for my Lift King forklift and he was able to find them within an hour. Friendly, fast and great communication! Highly recommend!!
