i bought a new water heater from larry & sons plumbing & drain cleaning. they came out the very next day to install it. initially, there was a small issue with a part of the unit, but i called them, and they promptly returned the next day to replace it with a better one. a couple of months later, there was another minor issue, and i reached out again. they arrived within just 2 hours and replaced the entire unit at no cost to me. both issues were due to manufacturing and had nothing to do with the great service i received. t... read more

We had a shut-off valve for our water installed. Previously, the only way to turn off the water in the house was at the main by the street. Additionally, we had another hose faucet put in on the side of the house. When the team went under the house, they discovered that the pressure valve was rusted, which they showed us after removing it. They provided a quote, and we decided to have it replaced. Arthur did an excellent job installing my new water heater. He was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. I managed to get an appointment quickly, and the installation was completed in under a day. The job was a bit intricate, as you can tell from the photo. He put in a new thermostatic valve and expansion tank. The water heater was quite heavy, but with some help, he easily carried it down the basement stairs.
