Absolutely awful realtor.
Excellent realtor. And an even better person.
I drove 3 hrs to look at investment property and he had no information on the property that was relevant, and not even a scheduling to do a walk through on any of the units. He never followed up or sent any listings. Probably worst investment realtor I've ever worked with.
