Hands down the WORST appraisal. Only Took pictures of the contents of my home and more concerned with asking about my personal life than doing his job. Blatantly lied on report over and over even though things were pointed out. Almost Everything wrong or made up on appraisal, EVEN THE DATE! The single most shocking appraisal I have seen. Larry relies on the fact that “I’ve been doing this for 40+ years” and doesn’t take the time to accurately appraise a home.
I have left this guy 3 voicemails over the last 6 weeks in relation to the land he is selling in Devon, and he has not returned 1 call. I feel bad for who is trying to sell with him.
