I will never use him again, And I would never recommend him to anybody. It was literally the worst nightmare of my life. Buck Mallory has essentially stolen my deposit of $8320. He gave me 3 start dates and missed all of them. When questioned about them he gave several excuses. I was able to fact check one excuse with my County and confirmed it was a lie. I asked for a refund based on loss of confidence. I offered to just part ways and chalk it up to bad timing and miscommunication, but he refused any refund. He just emphasized how difficult it would be to get my money back. Giving a five star review just for the customer service I have received so far from Buck Mallory simply on getting a quote. Buck seems like an honest person who takes into account the budget restraints of the customer. He isn’t just trying to get the most money out of the customer, in fact he let me know, without me even asking, that metal a roof would be cheaper than a shingle roof. I really appreciate the honesty and look forward to working with this company.
