Dropped off my 2‑year‑old Suburban at Larry MacDonald Chevrolet Buick GMC for a warranty transmission repair. The vehicle was not drivable, so I had no choice but to leave it on their lot for over a week. When I picked it up, there was a new dent that happened while it was in their care. A technician even admitted he saw it but didn’t report it. Management claimed their cameras don’t work in that area, refused to take responsibility, and refused to fix the damage.
