I came in for a scheduled MRI - I recently moved to the area and I’ve had mris done at other hospitals - I have to say this was the best experience by far. You check in at the front desk, they give you paperwork, within 5 mins I was called to the desk to complete my check in. Then I was walked right back to a comfortable changing/waiting area. Not the worst PCP I have been to, but it was certainly not the best either. My PCP, Tenzin Dechin was so quick to refer me out to a psychiatrist to continue a psychotropic medication that I was on for years. That psychiatrist she recommended then insisted i be put on a benzo. Tenzin also made sure I knew I gained weight and my risk of dying young for gaining that added weight. Asking WHY I gained the weight. Condemning, rude, and no bedside manner. I will never ever return here.

Front desk staff were very rude to several patients. Staff had their back turned to patients while they asked questions about their copay. Then i saw and heard them joking about people asking about their bill, openly making fun of someone who thought their copay was high. Then they were rude to an elderly woman that couldn’t hear, and were gesturing with their hand to “shoosh” the woman away. They spoke to her loudly and sternly, and were very rude and dismissive. I would give zero if there was the option. When a patient arrives with terrible pain unbearable pain i think should take priority instead of telling the patient u need to wait another hour after waiting an jour
