Getting ready for a cross-country trip. Brought my bike in for maintenance. Scheduled it with the service department. I can appreciate it when someone with experience on my bike gives me tips. However, being told I don't need scheduled maintence simply because you don't want to do the work, then taking an excessive amount of time and wanting to charge me extra simply because you don't have the knowledge/experience/ability to get the job done? I don't think so. POOR SERVICE & OVERPRICED.
