Larry and Mary Lou are wonderful I enjoy doing business with them.
Hired him to do a structural assessment of my building which clearly had a bad foundation and was leaning. Based on our conversations, I expected him to provide details of deficiencies, expert analysis of the structures condition, what specifically led to its current state, expected future condition, etc. His poorly written, one paragraph report was " the building has a bad foundation, and is leaning".
