I booked a party for March 15th. When I called and scheduled it and paid for it in full. As family and friends went into the pool it was cool in there. One of the family members went to get in it and it wasn’t working and it was freezing cold. So we brought it to the front desk clerks attention. And she told us to talk to the lifeguards, so we did and all they said was that the PH level was off .
