I've been a proud Honda CR-V owner for 9 years and have recommended the car to numerous friends who have been happy with their purchase too. Terrible experience. I gave my car for regular service at this center for the first time, and it was extremely disappointing. No one from the service department answered my calls — not even the assigned service advisor. Due to the lack of response, I had to visit the service center in person at my own expense just to get updates. They initially promised next-day delivery, but it took 5 days to return the car, even though it was just a routine service and a minor replacement.
