They had a recent change of ownership and it is no longer good. The advisor was pushing for unnecessary repairs without even checking my past history. He said the car is dangerously past the transmission fluid change and made me do that. When I checked the records, it was not even 25k miles since the last change at honda dealership. Worst service center, even after booking an appointment and coming 5 mins early, was made to wait 30mins. Current google rating is too good for what they are are doing, never coming back here again ever
We’ve been customers for years. After this, we’re done. Two weeks ago, they serviced our car and told us the battery was in good condition. Today, we needed a jump start right after driving to lunch — the battery was dead. We drove straight to the store and arrived at 4pm. They told us they couldn’t find anyone to help and asked us to come back tomorrow. Come back tomorrow — with a dead battery?
