In August of 2025 my car failed to start on a hot, miserable Friday afternoon. I used the roadside app to request a tow. AGERO roadside responded and dispatched a tow truck. While on the phone with roadside assistance it was established that the vehicle tow would was well beyond the allowed 12 mile limit.
