Apparently Dr. Hamburg has enough patients. I have spoken to Elain 3 days in a row to make an appointment, and she keeps saying she needs to speak with the doctor to find out where to schedule me, and she will call me back. She hasn't called me back yet. Today, after being very dismissive while saying she spoke with the doctor, she said she needs to talk to him again to schedule me. I asked to speak to a manager, and, of course, nobody is available. I asked if I should just find another dentist, and she said sure.
This is what a dentists office should be, kind, caring, professional. Patients are treated With dignity, and respect. Honey is a love!
