I came in to get a key made for my car. After it was done and paid for, I mentioned that my seatbelt was twisted on the driver’s side and asked if there was a way to fix that. Rather than telling me how to fix it, the service technician just took the car back and fixed it at no charge. That’s great service.
My truck went in for service rack and pinion, and they ordered the part but it's not going to be shipped until maybe 2 to 6 months I am very unsatisfied and unhappy. I have a warranty on that component and they refuse to give me a loaner while my truck is down!!
Guy was my service agent and he provided excellent customer service. He listened to all my concerns, addressed all issues related to servicing my vehicle, and even apologized for the wait time (l anticipated the length of time and they came and checked on me several times to insure l was comfortable). I prefer to come the Larry Miller Nissan as the service there goes above and beyond. Guy assisted me in completing all recommended service items and deducted $100 off my bill.....which l appreciated.
