Overall, no issues but felt like my diagnostic review was muddled and not transparent. Asked for clarity on brake pad suggestion for repair and disclosed that I had the repair done less than 8,000 miles ago and was told, oh, ok not an immediate fix needed. Even after the report is counter to that. Also, no promotions were offered even though (3) oil change deal is being advertised.
