Overpriced, understaffed, incompetent. Brought the car in during the early morning for diagnosing an issue. Near end of the day, they still hadn't completed the diagnosis. They wanted to keep the car overnight without consulting me first and just assumed I wouldn't need the car the next day. Said that they would include a complimentary car wash which was not done.
