I have been going to Larry H. Miller Lexus of Murray for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and personable. The snacks are great. I even take my Jeep there. Excellent! is the only word to describe them. I have over 180,000 miles on my Lexus thanks to them. #351498
We had a good experience buying our new GX 460. Our Salesperson was Brent Lebaron and I must say we couldn't have found a nicer and more professional person. He wasn't pushy at all, he was very knowledgable and always made us feel that he was out for our best interest. As much as I hate negotiating car deals, it went very smooth and I ended up getting a very fair deal. The finance manager Lee was fantastic as well. Great overall experience.

I have serviced my Lexus GX 470 here for the last year and the service is outstanding. I haven't had a problem with my car afterwards due to the quality of repairs, but on the other hand it is a very reliable car and they treated me very good. I recommend this place for service, I have yet to buy a car from this guys but certainly do not hesitate to do so when the time comes.
Demeaning, Pathetic, Horrible My wife and I pulled onto your lot in Murray yesterday afternoon with full intentions of leaving with a new RX350 or 450H. After identifying several potential vehicles I proceeded to help my wife out of our 2010 Toyota Highlander LTD. My wife is currently using a walker because of reconstructive foot surgery .
