Great service department
Honestly not my favorite place to go for work on the car. The last time I went, an oil change took 2 hours with an appointment and then there was a little oil dripping after (seems to have resolved.) They have to good deals but then they try to still you on e bunch of unnecessary service they claim is urgent. For clarity I rejected the add in services the minute I got the text message and it still took 2 hours.
Clean, comfortable facility… Welcomed me promptly on time. 1 1/2 hour anticipated service time turned into three, but the result was good… All problems cleared and all done at no charge
I didn’t have positive experience on the service. After dropping my vehicle there was ZERO communication about the progress of the vehicle. Inspite of calling multiple times no one answered and I went the following day to check the status only to realize it was completed the day before. Unfortunately the problem I mentioned didn’t resolve and I had to take appointment from other Honda dealership and spend more time
