Almost 3 hours for an oil change. Upcharge attempts were ridiculous. Go somewhere else! Anywhere.
I had an appointment for an oil change, and they told me it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes. If they can’t complete the service within the estimated time, they should be honest about it. Even for a regular oil change, the wait was much longer than promised.
Very professional. I will definitely be taking my truck there from now on. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
