I Called LHM Auto Service department, to get a quote for the full serpentine belt service / replacement. I had a quote from another shop that I wanted to see if Honda could do better. My vehicle is an Acura.( fancy Honda) so I was hoping to have a certified Honda tech do the work. The bid came back a little over $500 more for the Honda certified tech and certified parts. Very rude people working there!
Stopped for an oil change on my road trip. Roger was an absolute joy to work with. He gave me the special they had going on oil, recommended some services I was due for, and ran my car through the wash. He was so personable and kind, too. Thanks Roger! I hope to visit y'all again.
Booked happy hour oil change with service department and called rep to inform/confirm them of make and model. When I got to the location I was then informed that because my vehicle is not a Honda that the oil change would start at 90 dollars. I asked why I wasn’t told this when I originally booked it a day ago and he said we just changed it 3 days ago.
Chalissa assisted me today from start to finish with my CR-Z and her customer service was TOP NOTCH! Seriously, I can’t say enough about how amazing she was from start to finish and keeping me informed throughout the way! Much appreciated!
