Servise Tech, Cody is the suspension whisperer. Complete aftermarket suspension was dialed in and couldn't be happier. This was the third shop I took my 2017 BMW 3- Series wagon to after the other being installed to fix the ride. Just phenomenal. The service department as a whole was great,l. But Cody is the reason I'll bring both my vehicles to this dealership.
Cody is THE ABSOLUTE UNIT when it comes to the alignment or any sorts of suspension work! Especially if you have a custom setup, he will always help you tune it the right way to get the maximum potential out of it! I already did the alignment and a the front upper control arms with him for my 98 Lexus LS400, and will definitely be coming back to him for any further suspension needs which might arise!
